To the Members of Islamorada Moose Lodge 2151:

As the new Administrator for the Lodge, I would like to introduce myself to each of you as well as let you know what you can expect from me and the team serving you moving forward.

First, my name is Clay Crockett. I have more than 20 years in High Volume Food, Beverage, and Retail Management, with most recently being a 6 ½ stint as the General Manager for the Islamorada Fish Co.. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce and have two small businesses….The Florida Keys Hot Sauce Co. and Coral Keys Party Rentals. My wife, Leann, is the Physical Therapist for her own rehab clinic, Onshore Therapy, located in Tavernier. We have two beautiful daughters, Zeffie and Kiri, who attend PKS and St. James respectively.

Most Importantly, I would like you to know what to expect from me and how I look to positively affect the Moose Lodge moving forward. I will be striving to bring a Consistent level of Food and Beverage Service and Quality at Fair and Value Prices with a focus toward Industry Operating Standards. There will be many systems that will be implemented to help achieve that Consistent Standard and meet the Member’s Expectations each and every time they visit the Lodge. There will be various changes that will take place, some of which the Members will notice, and others that will not be. Nevertheless, with these changes will come “challenges” or “opportunities” (creative words for Stumbling Blocks) in a continued effort to better serve the Membership. If you experience any of these, I greatly apologize, but also appreciate your support in moving the needle forward to provide the most return on your various investments at the Moose Lodge.

Please introduce yourself to me if I have not met you, and I will try to do the same. Also, if you have any questions, I will gladly answer.

I look forward to serving the Islamorada Moose Lodge.

Clay Crockett
